Changed your mind or ordered the wrong finish? Here’s how returns work.
Unused, uninstalled product in its original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at theitalia.ca@gmail.com to start a return and receive instructions.
Returned items must be complete and in resalable condition with all original packaging, parts and documentation. Installed or modified product cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply on special-order items — we’ll always tell you upfront.
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is our error.
